Leadership 2.0: Participants will apply emotional intelligence to self-manage as a leader for equitable outcomes and have tools and strategies to use when triggered in tough conversations about diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Using Protocols to Ensure Equity of Voice: Participants will experience protocols that provide for equity in team participation, voice, and contribution and have the resources they need to choose among and then lead those protocols in future team meetings.
