This full day of learning will build on the skills introduced in summer sessions. Sessions will include: Leadership 2.0: Participants will apply emotional intelligence to self-manage as a leader for equitable outcomes and have tools and strategies to use when triggered in tough conversations about diversity, equity, and inclusion. Using Protocols to Ensure Equity of Voice: Participants will experience protocols that provide for equity in team participation, voice, and contribution and have the resources they need to choose among and then lead those protocols in future team meetings. They will additionally analyze and plan for how their facilitation and planning can ensure underrepresented members of the team and their perspectives are engaged, included, and honored in the team’s work.
